The course lies along the west side of a bend of the Brazos River. There are many very tight tunnel shots, some of which are over or right down usually dry creek beds. Hole #1 and hole #9 have mandos. NOTE: every basket has a small red marker in the direction of the next tee pad.

The course has and will be making more use of artwork. For example, hole #6 throws from the highest elevation to a basket on a life-size sun dial! More large art sculptures will be coming as the course progresses

From east of the Depot District, at the intersection of I-27 and 19th Street, travel east 0.7 miles. Turn right (south) into the park on a dirt then asphalt road that is just past the amphitheater. Travel south on the road and park just past the concrete walled building. A BBQ ring and practice basket are just past the parking lot. Hole #1 is up along the fence and throws south. (Note - This course lies about one mile south of Mackenzie Park Disc Golf Course.)
